I had the pleasure of working with Michele recently on a transaction for our client. She was the listing agent for the property that my client was purchasing (with me as the lender on the transaction). We were doing a federal grant and the process was definitely not an easy one, but Michele stepped up in a huge way (of course for her own client, but also for ours who was a first time homebuyer and veteran). We were able to get the transaction across the finish line, and Michele was a huge part of that. I’m so grateful for her hard work, and I would absolutely recommend anybody to use her if you are planning to list your home and/or purchase a new one!!!
